Determines whether the specified project was upgraded.

Parameters

• pszFileName
  Type: System.String
  The name of the project file after the upgrade.

• pUpgradeComplete
  Type: System.Boolean%
  [out] true if the upgrade occurred and completed successfully, otherwise false.

• pbstrUpgradedProjectFileName
  Type: array<System.String[]
  The name of the project file before upgrade.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
