Inserts the provided test action into the collection at the specified index.

Parameters

• index
  Type: System.Int32
  The index for the location to insert the test action item.

• item
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.TestManagement.Client.ITestAction
  The ITestAction to insert into the collection.
