Registers to be notified when a property changes.

Parameters

• pAdvise
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop.IVsUIDataSourcePropertyChangeEvents
  [in] The interface to call when a change occurs.

• pCookie
  Type: System.UInt32%
  [out] Location to return an ID for this event sink.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
Returns S_OK if the sink was registered.
