OVERLAYICON_EXCLUDED Overlay icon is excluded.
OVERLAYICON_NOTONDISK Overlay icon is not on disk.

Remarks

This is the overlay icon that the UI hierarchy returns when asked for VSHPROPID_OverlayIconIndex. This will be transparently drawn on top of the item's normal icon.
