Workspace.Merge Method (String, String, VersionSpec, VersionSpec)

Merges the source to the target.

Parameters

• sourcePath
  Type: System.String
  The source path of the merge.

• targetPath
  Type: System.String
  The target path of the merge.

• versionFrom
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.VersionControl.Client.VersionSpec
  The starting version. May be null.

• versionTo
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.VersionControl.Client.VersionSpec
  The ending version. May be null.

Return Value

Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.VersionControl.Client.GetStatus
A GetStatus object that indicates how many operations, conflicts, errors, and so forth occurred while the Get operation was being processed.

Remarks

The target path of the merge must be mapped.
