Parameters

ParentAbsIndex
Type: System.UInt32
[in] Integer containing the absolute index of the parent.

RelIndex
Type: System.UInt32
[in] Integer containing the relative index of a node in the tree list.

pOffset
Type: System.UInt32%
[out] Pointer to an integer containing the offset.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
