Use this dialog box to specify the type of user credentials to be passed to a proxy server to let you download RSS feeds and use online Help. The dialog box can be accessed by clicking the following text on the Start Page: "Your proxy server requires authentication to download this information. Please click here to re-enter your credentials." The dialog box may also appear the first time that you try to access Help from online sources, such as MSDN Online.
