piMinHorz
Type: System.Int32%
[out] The minimum horizontal size.

piMaxHorz
Type: System.Int32%
[out] The maximum horizontal size.

piMinVert

[out] The maximum vertical size.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
