Remarks
You cannot use the RibbonOfficeMenu to create an instance of the RibbonOfficeMenu class at run time.
When you add a Ribbon (Visual Designer) item to your project, Visual Studio Tools for Office automatically instantiates a RibbonOfficeMenu and assigns it to the OfficeMenu property of the OfficeRibbon class that is added to your project.
