A set of merge module (.MSM) files are provided with Microsoft Help 2.0, which encapsulate the files and behaviors required to install Microsoft Help collections. These are designed to be consumed by a Microsoft installer (.MSI) file that you create. Example .MSM and .MSI files, also included, can be used as a basis for creating your own files. The following table lists the provided files and describes their function.
Files
These files are installed on your computer as part of this documentation, at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Help 2.0 SDK\Redist (where the install drive letter is C:).
