Use the Dimension Properties dialog box in SQL Server Management Studio to set the properties of a dimension in an Analysis Services database. You can display the Dimension Properties dialog box by right-clicking a dimension in Object Explorer and selecting Properties.

Name |
Displays the name of the dimension. |
ID |
Displays the identifier of the dimension. |
Description |
Displays the description of the dimension. |
Create Timestamp |
Displays the date and time the dimension was created. |
Last Schema Update |
Displays the date and time the metadata for the dimension was last updated. |
Processing Mode |
Select the processing mode to use for the dimension. For more information about the values for this property, see ProcessingMode. |
State |
Displays the processing state of the dimension. For more information about the values for this property, see State. |
Last Processed |
Displays the date and time the dimension was last processed. |
Current Storage Mode |
Displays the current storage mode for the dimension. For more information about the values for this property, see CurrentStorageMode. |
