Remarks
When set to True, heading tags are allowed. If you set this flag to False, the following tags are removed from the HTML:
<DIR>, <H1>, <H2>, <H3>, <H4>, <H5>, <H6>, <MARQUEE>, <ADDRESS> and <CENTER>.
