Parameters

• urlToDecode
  Type: System.String

  A string that contains the encoded path.

• allowHashParameter
  Type: System.Boolean

  true if the decode operation can include a hash parameter; otherwise, false.

Type: System.String
A string that contains the decoded path.

Remarks

To encode the path part of a URL, use the UrlPathEncode method.
