Helper.LookupDateTime Method (WorkflowContext, Guid, SPItemKey, String)

Retrieves the instant in time for a specified SharePoint Foundation list item when the list GUID and list item are known.

Parameters

• context
  Type: Microsoft.SharePoint.WorkflowActions.WorkflowContext

  A workflow context that contains properties that are associated with the active workflow instance.

• listId
  Type: System.Guid

  The GUID of the list.

• listItem
  Type: Microsoft.SharePoint.Workflow.SPItemKey

  The list item in a specified list.

• fieldName
  Type: System.String

  The name of the field in the specified list from which to retrieve the date and time value.

Return Value

Type: System.DateTime
A value that is retrieved from the specified file of the specified list item.

Remarks

This method gets the date and file for the specified field.
