Remarks
If the CreateNewDatabase property equals false, the value contained by the DatabaseUsername property is ignored.
If the DatabaseUsername property contains a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) or an empty string, NT LAN Manager (NTLM) is used to connect to the SQL database.
