IVMRSurfaceAllocatorNotify::RestoreDDrawSurfaces
The RestoreDDrawSurfaces method notifies the VMR that a DirectDraw surface "loss" has been detected.

HRESULT RestoreDDrawSurfaces();
Parameters
This method takes no parameters.
Return Values
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
