IMSVidStreamBufferSourceEvent2 Interface

The IMSVidStreamBufferSourceEvent2 interface is used to receive events from the MSVidStreamBufferSource object.
In addition to the methods inherited from IMSVidStreamBufferSourceEvent, the IMSVidStreamBufferSourceEvent2 interface exposes the following method.
