IIPDVDec Interface
The IIPDVDec interface provides methods for setting and retrieving properties on the DV Video Decoder filter.
In addition to the methods inherited from IUnknown, the IIPDVDec interface exposes the following methods.

| get_IPDisplay | Retrieves the decoding resolution. |
| put_IPDisplay | Sets the decoding resolution. |
