CBaseAllocator::m_pNotify
Pointer to a callback interface, which is called when samples are released.

Requirements
** Header:** Declared in Amfilter.h; include Streams.h.
** Library:** Use Strmbase.lib (retail builds) or Strmbasd.lib (debug builds).
