Set the duration and frequency of the automatic rollup of goals. These settings only affect the automatic handling of all goals set in Microsoft Dynamics 365. You can always perform a manual rollup for any goal at any time.
Open the System Settings dialog box (if it isn’t already open)
Make sure that you have the System Administrator or System Customizer security role or equivalent permissions.
Check your security role
Follow the steps in View your user profile.
Don’t have the correct permissions? Contact your system administrator.
Go to Settings > Administration.
Click the System Settings > Goals tab.
