Inserts tax data into the SalesTaxTotal_IN table.

  A container of the fields to query for.

• _salesTaxInquiry
  Type: SalesTaxInquiryTrans_IN Class
  A SalesTaxInquiryTrans_IN object.

• _setAmountsToZero
  Type: boolean
  A Boolean value that indicates whether to set the initial amount to 0 (zero).
