Fills an instance of the HcmCoveredBeneficiaryRelationshipTmp table with all personal contacts that are designated as potential beneficiaries for the passed in worker.

  The DirPartyRecId value of the worker whose potential beneficiaries are loaded into a table.

Remarks

A potential beneficiary is a personal contact that has a corresponding record in the HcmBeneficairyRelationship table.
