Indicates whether the specified record exists in the EcoResProductMasterConfiguration table.

  Type: EcoResConfigurationRecId Extended Data Type
  The ID of the EcoResConfiguration record to use as a filter.

• _throwException
  Type: boolean
  A Boolean value that indicates whether a message is displayed or an exception is thrown.

true if the specified record exists; otherwise, false.
