Sets additional load lines fields during ship confirm process.

  Type: WHSLoadId Extended Data Type
  Load to be ship confirmed.

• _loadClosedUTCDateTime
  Type: WHSLoadClosedUTCDateTime Extended Data Type
  Date and time for closing the load.
