Inserts records into the HcmEthnicOrigin table from the HRMEthnicOrigin table.

Remarks
This update will discard duplicate records if the EthnicOriginId field and the Description field of the HRMEthnicOrigin table are identical. The unique identifier EthnicOriginId field of the HcmEthnicOrigin table combines the EthnicOriginId field and the DataAreaId field of the HRMEthnicOrigin table from the first record that is found. All records that are found that are identified as duplicates in other companies will be discarded. If there is only one company, the DataAreaId field will not be appended.
