  Type: System.Windows.Automation.Peers.PatternInterface
  A value enumeration that specifies the control pattern.

Return Value

Type: System.Object
An object that supports the control pattern if patternInterface is a supported value; otherwise, nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Remarks

If one of the following cases occurs, this method returns an object that supports the specified control pattern.

• patternInterface equals Toggle and the RibbonSplitButton that is associated with this RibbonSplitButtonAutomationPeer can be checked.

• patternInterface equals Invoke and the RibbonSplitButton that is associated with this RibbonSplitButtonAutomationPeer cannot be checked.

• patternInterface equals ExpandCollapse.

• patternInterface equals Scroll.

• patternInterface equals Transform.

• patternInterface equals ItemContainer.

• patternInterface equals SynchronizedInput.
