Provides a shortcut to the create method of the Sys.Component class.
$create(type, properties, events, references, element);
Arguments

(Optional) A JSON object that describes the properties and their values. |
events |
(Optional) A JSON object that describes the events and their handlers. |
references |
(Optional) A JSON object that describes the properties that are references to other components. |
element |
(Optional) The DOM element that the component must be attached to. |
Remarks
For details about the method that this shortcut represents, see Sys.Component.create Method.
Note
Do not call the $create shortcut method or the create method from the initialize method of another component. If you do, the new component will not initialize properly. Instead, create the new component and then pass it as a reference to the top component.
