The RegionChange method displays a system dialog box that enables the user to change the region associated with the DVD drive.

This method takes no parameters.
Return Value
This method does not return a value.
Error Codes
If the property fails, Err.Number may be set to one of the following values.

| E_UNEXPECTED | Unspecified error. |
| E_REGION_CHANGE_FAIL | Operation failed. |
Remarks
The region for a DVD drive can only be changed five times.
