The PlayAtTime method starts playback in the current title at the specified time.

Parameters
- strTime
Specifies the time at which to start playing as a String. The string must be in the format "hh:mm:ss:ff" (specifying hours, minutes, seconds, frames).
Return Value
This method has no return values.
Error Codes
If the property fails, Err.Number may be set to one of the following values.

E_UNEXPECTED | Unspecified error. |
E_INVALIDARG | Invalid time. |
VFW_E_DVD_OPERATION_INHIBITED | UOP control prohibits the operation. |
VFW_E_DVD_INVALIDDOMAIN | Invalid domain for this operation. |
