The ChangeCurrentAngle event is sent when the disc enables or disables changing the angle.

Parameters
- bEnabled
Boolean value indicating whether the user can (True) or can't (False) change the current angle.
Remarks
The command to allow or prevent angle changes is encoded into the disc by its producers.
