The refresh interval for the cache, in seconds.

Remarks
Stores the retry interval of the cache. This is the approximate amount of time in seconds that the CacheMangager will sleep after a previous failure before retrying the cache refresh. A value of zero means that a retry interval is set to 60 seconds. Throws a CommerceCacheException on failure.
