Manage Power Automate flows

The new and improved Power Platform admin center is now in public preview and on by default! We designed the new admin center to be easier to use, with task-oriented navigation that helps you achieve specific outcomes faster. We'll be publishing new and updated documentation as the new Power Platform admin center moves to general availability.

If you're an Environment Admin, Global admin, or Power Platform admin, you can manage the flows created in your organization.

Admins can do the following from the Power Platform admin center:

  • View flow details, connections, and owners
  • Share the flow with others
  • Disable the flow
  • Delete the flow

Prerequisites

Manage Power Automate flows

  1. Sign in to the Power Platform admin center.
  2. In the navigation pane, select Manage.
  3. In the Manage pane, select Environments.
  4. On the Environments page, select an environment.
  5. In the Resources web part, select Flows.
  6. On the Flows page, select the flow you want to manage.

Choose your desired action for the selected flow.

Action Description
Details View details, connections, and owners.
Share Share the flow with others.
Disable or Enable Disable or enable the flow.
Delete Delete the flow.
