Fields
| manual = "Manual" | Manual refresh. Refresh does not get triggered automatically. |
| onLoad = "OnLoad" | Refresh on workbook load only. |
| periodic = "Periodic" | Refresh periodically based on an interval. It will also trigger a refresh on workbook load. |
| unknown = "Unknown" | Refresh mode is unknown or unsupported. |
