Report whether the parcel contains any marshalled file descriptors in the range defined by
offset and length.

#dataSize().

The length of the range. Should be between 0 and #dataSize() - offset.

Report whether the parcel contains any marshalled file descriptors in the range defined by offset and length.
WARNING: Parcelable definitions change over time. Unless you define a Parcelable yourself OR the Parcelable explicitly guarantees that it would never include such objects, you should not expect the return value to stay the same, and your code should continue to work even if the return value changes.
