if someone has the same problem please do following.

  1. Start a Command Prompt as an Administrator

  2. Copy and paste Foollowing code and press Enter secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose

    1. reboot your system

That will resolves your issue.
