Hi,

When a new item is created as an event in SharePoint online list , an invitation goes to the people in the distribution list from a flow for Acceptance or Rejection of the invite which is designed in Power apps.

A Flow is attached to the Accept Button to add the invite to the persons calendar.

As I have developed the application , when I Accept the invite it adding to my calendar properly.

But when others in the DL are accepting the invitation, I am getting the below error:

"The server didnot receive the response from an upstream server".

Please make sure that the other users have access in the connections being used in the Flow and Power Apps.

For example: If Flow uses SharePoint connection to add an item, ensure the users have access in SharePoint to add an item.

You have to add "Respond to PowerApps or Flow" action in your power automate.
