My company wants to get a Microsoft Business Plan and want to make sure the email transition happens smoothly. In particular, we would like to be using the exact same email addresses we have now in Protonmail in Outlook, without interruption of services and our clients knowing. I have been able to find information here and there about the process to make that happen but I am still confused about the order of certain steps. I was wondering how I could get a step-by-step walkthrough of the process, that is how to make sure we all keep the exact same email addresses. Thank you for your help!

In addition to ManishaSaini's answer, you can use the exact same email addresses we have now in Protonmail in Outlook.
You may need to add your domain to Microsoft 365.
And after you complete the migration, you need to update the MX record of your DNS provider to point to the Microsoft 365.

Hello @Kael Yao I am having the same problem. i am following the procedure to move the domain in Microsoft Admin Center and it does not show me the DNS records which I have to change on Squarespace (former Google Domains). It recognises that the domain is registered with Google Domains though it is not anymore and it does not give me the records to change the DNS records on the Squarespace platform.

There is no direct method to migrate to Microsoft Email services ( Office 365) from Protonmail.
