Developer Profile - Employment verification failing

I am providing my companies legal infomation into the Legal Bussiness Profile section to complete the bussiness verification process. But I keep seeing my Employment verification rejected. I am the solo owner of the company and the solo employee. why is this being rejected. I am providing the correct legal information per my LLC business registration paperwork and i am proving a valid DUNS number. I have already paid the $100 MS fee for business partner accounts.
