MS 365 Management Pack configuration in SCOM 2019

Hi,

This is the scenario: I installed and configured SCOM 2019. Then, I imported the Microsoft 365 Management Pack. After that, I added a subscription using certificate-based authentication. Finally, I added a Watcher Node based on the subscription. As part of the Watcher Node configuration wizard, it required a Team and a Channel. Therefore, I created a private Team and a private Channel and entered them into the wizard. After completing the Watcher Node configuration, I opened Event Viewer on the Watcher Node server and checked the events under Operations Manager. I saw a log that said:

TeamsPerformance ERROR: Unable to find filesFolder id (Team: 'SyntheticTranscation'; Channel: 'M365Channel'). State: Critical. Exception: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

What should I do?
