I cannot download my custom keywords because the model fails to load during the fine-tuning step. A few weeks ago, I managed to download a few keywords by being patient and trying several times. Now, when I want to download more keywords, it always fails to load the model. I have tried for several weeks, so I don't think it's a temporary issue. From what I read in the support forum, this problem is common. The advice is usually to create keywords in other hosting zones. I tried that, but it still doesn't work. I also already created many keywords and do not want to spend time creating them all again.

I think you are trying to download your Custom keyword model from Tuning step as mentioned in below document and facing issue while tuning/downloading the model.
Please correct me if I am wrong. Few screenshots of the issue would be very helpful
