Add a new user to Azure AI Speech Studio

To add a new user to Azure AI Speech Studio, you need to grant them access to the Speech resource.

Here are some steps:

1. Ensure the new user has a Microsoft account. If they don't have one, they can create it using their existing email or by signing up for a new Outlook email address.
2. In the Azure portal, select All services from the left pane and search for Azure AI services or Speech.
3. Select your Speech resource.
4. Click on Access control (IAM) on the left pane.
5. Select Add > Add role assignment.
6. Choose a role (such as Owner) on the Role tab.
7. On the Members tab, enter the user's email address and select their name from the directory.
8. Finally, select Review + assign to complete the process.
