speech translation not translating

Thanks for you response.I am not using the SDK, and I am not a developer — I am only using Speech Translation through Azure Speech Studio. Despite following all documented steps, translation is not working. The system only provides transcription (original text), and the translated text section remains empty.

I have tested the following thoroughly:

Switching browsers (Chrome, Edge) and devices

Recording and uploading longer and clearer audio files

Using multiple target languages (Arabic, Armenian, Spanish, etc.)

Confirming my region is East US and my pricing tier is S0 Pay-as-you-go

Ensuring my Speech resource is correctly selected in Speech Studio

Verifying that I have appropriate IAM permissions (Cognitive Services Contributor role)

Additionally, I tested the same audio using Azure AI Foundry, and there the translation does work — but the tool only allows 1-minute audio files, which is not suitable for live translation or longer audio sessions.

This confirms that my configuration is correct and the resource itself is functional, but there appears to be a backend issue with Speech Translation inside Azure Speech Studio.

Please advise or escalate. I rely on this service for live interpretation needs and urgently need a fix.
