Hi Team,

I have an issue with Azure SQL Database in the costing, so i want to remove the resource.

so i have removed the entire resource group of Azure SQL server which it was landing. But still I could see there is cost incurring as shown in below snap.

could you please guide me how to remove this resource which i have created for a POC.

My POC is completed, so now i have to remove the resource.

Navigate to Cost Management in the Azure portal to analyze where the charges are coming from. Billing cycles may sometimes cause delays in reflecting removed resources.

Some resources like storage accounts, public IPs, or automated backups might still be active even after deleting the resource group. Check for any remaining components associated with your Azure SQL instance.

Hi,

There is a delay from the time charges are incurred to when they show up in Cost Analysis. What this means is, after deleting your Azure Database for MySQL Flexible server the cost shown in Cost Analysis will continue to increase over the course of hours and then finally stop.

Typically the cost shown for the deleted resource in Cost Analysis will stop increasing within 24-48 hours after deletion, and often with stop in fewer than 24 hours. How long has it been since you deleted the database server?
