Why do I keep getting a "Page not Available" error when trying out Speech Translation?

I'm just trying to record a sentence and then have Speech Translation translate it for me. It worked last week, but I can't get it to work anymore. I keep getting a "Oops, something went wrong. This page is temporarily unavailable." error message.

Saideep, I implemented your suggestiopns, but still the function did not work. I went to work at a remote location using a personal hotspot, and it worked! I don't think that was the solution because now that I am back on VPN it is still working. Maybe as you mentioned, the site was temporarily unavailable. In any case (for now) it is working and is quite impressive. Thanks for your assistance!
