If you're having trouble redeeming your Azure credits—even with a $5,000 balance—please ensure your account meets the eligibility criteria. Features like the "Engagement Score" are only available to accounts with $25,000 or more in credits.
To request additional credits, sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, go to the Home page, click "See all tasks," and complete the "Verify your domain" task. Make sure your business URL is valid, and the email matches your domain. Once verified, you can click "Unlock More Credits" to request an upgrade.
If your credits aren't appearing in the Azure portal or you're seeing errors like "This account does not have an active Sponsorship," confirm you're signed in with the correct Azure sponsorship account. Only account owners can access the Azure Sponsorship Portal. If you are still unable to see the updated balance, this could be due to a synchronization issue within the Founders Hub portal.
