Hello,

I’m trying to secure my Azure App Service with a Managed Certificate for my custom domain: dev.soclia.fr.

Here’s what I did:

  1. I successfully added dev.soclia.fr as a custom domain under my App Service.
  2. DNS is configured with a CNAME pointing dev.soclia.frmyapp.azurewebsites.net.
  3. Domain shows as Verified in Azure.
  4. I then used the “Create App Service Managed Certificate” option, which succeeded.
  5. However, when trying to create the TLS/SSL binding, I get this error:

Successfully created App Service Managed Certificate, but failed to configure SSL binding for dev.soclia.fr due to error: Parameter Thumbprint is null or empty.
