Can not deploy TimeGEN-1 model in Azure AI Studio

when I deploy a TimeGEN-1 model from model category on the Azure AI Studio。
there is a error below:
Cannot create marketplace subscription UserError: Marketplace Subscription purchase eligibility check failed, error message [Plan 'nixtla-timegen-1-v1-plan' not found in offer 'nixtlatimegen1'.]. and I don't why this ? anyone can help me?

To deploy TimeGEN-1, you need to ensure that your Azure subscription is properly set up and that you have the necessary permissions.
you need to ensure that your Azure subscription is properly set up and that you have a billed subscription with valid payment. CSP subscriptions are not eligible. If you are having a paid subscription, please test with below regions.
- East US
- East US 2
- North Central US
- South Central US
- West US
- West US 3
- Sweden Central
