Based on your query,
The Azure Lab Services is being retired, but if you were actively using it between July 2023 and July 2024, you can still create labs.
- New Lab Accounts can no longer be created.
- However, if your subscription qualifies as an existing customer, you can still create new Lab Plans and new Labs within those plans.
The service will continue running until June 28, 2027, after which it will be fully retired.
So, if you’re facing issues with lab creation, first check whether your subscription qualifies as an existing customer (used Lab Services between July 2023 and July 2024). If it does, you should be able to create a Lab Plan and under lab
If their Azure subscription didn’t actively use Lab Services between July 2023 and July 2024, they cannot create a new Lab Plan
