No, you cannot change the virtual network settings after the Azure Databricks workspace has been created.
The "Deploy Azure Databricks workspace in your own Virtual Network" setting is immutable once the workspace is provisioned. If you selected "No", the workspace is deployed into a Microsoft-managed VNet. To switch to a customer-managed VNet, you must delete and recreate the workspace with VNet injection enabled.
