Looking for suggestions to create a Reservation System for multiple workstations

My scenario: 100 desks/hotdesks that individuals can reserve.

Ideally staff would log into a form, or booking and be able to reserve a specific desk. Ive seen some limitations with bookings, forms would need to be connected to something. Looking for other ways or examples. IF booking is best what feature would i use to allow for staff to be able to select a desk
